Mercantile Marine Management was established in the year 1996, to be the vehicle to provide well trained Sri Lankan crew to the international shipping industry. The company’s firm belief in quality training paid dividends as subsequently MMM expanded its crew management services to full ship management and a versatile team of managers with international exposure.
